Pooja's artistic practice is primarily centered around creating whimsical mixed-media compositions that are botanical in nature. Her pieces take form with the ideas of uncharted change, growth, decay, chaos, acceptance, and enlightenment at their core.

Pooja's fierce use of color, fluidity, and her work's compelling magnetism can be attributed to her diverse upbringing and experiences with life-altering illness as well as immigration.  

Pooja also holds a Bachelor's in Design with a major in advertising from OCAD U. She believes her background in advertising is what drove her to become a fine artist.
